We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Anti Coagulation Pharmacist to join our esteemed client in North London. This role requires expertise in managing anticoagulation therapy, specifically with DOAC’s blood thinners. Experience with the DAWNAC dosing system for Warfarin is preferable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing anticoagulation therapy, including the administration and monitoring of DOAC’s blood thinners.
  • Involved in patient education, ensuring they understand their treatment plans and any necessary lifestyle adjustments.
  • Maintaining meticulous records and documentation.
  • Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver superior patient care.

Qualifications and Experience

  • GPhC registration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in anticoagulation therapy.
  • MUST be trained in DOAC’s blood thinners.
  • Training in DAWNAC dosing system for Warfarin is preferable but not essential.
