We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a passionate and experienced Speech & Language Therapist to join their team at Queensmead House School in Windsor. This is a unique opportunity to work in a beautiful historic setting with views of Windsor Castle within a school recently rated Good by Ofsted.

Key Responsibilities:
- Queensmead House School (QHS) is an independent specialist day school offering both primary and secondary education.

- You will play a vital role in supporting both educational and residential colleagues in creating therapeutic living and learning environments.
- Your responsibilities will include conducting clinical assessments and developing personalised care plans tailored to each young person's needs.
- You will deliver individualised therapeutic interventions and assess mental health needs, recommending appropriate strategies and support through carefully considered care planning.
