We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and motivated Senior Pharmacist with experience in general medical and surgical clinical pharmacy to join our esteemed client in London. This role requires working in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment, where you will be responsible for providing specialised pharmaceutical care to patients in medical and surgical wards. Your advanced expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the precision and reliability of medication management, which is critical for patient health and treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing and managing the pharmaceutical needs of patients in general medical and surgical wards.
- Developing and implementing tailored medication plans.
- Monitoring patient progress.
- Working closely with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Providing education and support to patients and their families.
- Maintaining meticulous records and documentation.
Qualifications and Experience
- HCPC registration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Extensive experience in general medical and surgical clinical pharmacy ward.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Unwavering attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
