About the role
The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 7 Dispensary Pharmacist to join our Medicines Management Team in Warrington. This role is crucial in ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- You will conduct a clinical check of prescriptions.
- You will perform an accuracy check of prescriptions.
- You will be responsible for dispensing prescriptions.
- You will work with controlled drugs.
- You will handle and resolve queries.
Requirements
Experience/Knowledge:
- Up to date GPhC registration.
- Master’s degree in pharmacy or equivalent.
- Hospital experience is required.
- Experience in a dispensary setting.
Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Time management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
