About the role
Pulse AHP is seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinical Ward Pharmacist to join our team on a temporary basis. This Band 7 position requires an ASAP start and will last for 3 months. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical pharmacy services to patients.
- Lead and manage a team of pharmacy staff.
- Develop and implement medication management protocols.
- Conduct medication reviews and provide therapeutic advice.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Participate in research and quality improvement projects.
Requirements
- Experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
