This role is ideal for experienced and highly skilled professionals looking to make a significant impact in clinical pharmacy services. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care to our clients' patients, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes and patient safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering advanced clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management, patient counselling, and drug utilisation reviews.
  • Ensuring the safety and efficacy of prescribed medications.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Conducting clinical audits and maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Participation in research and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Master's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
  • GPHC registration.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical pharmacy (Band 7).
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in clinical pharmacy (Band 8).
  • Advanced clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to patient care and safety.
  • Experience in conducting clinical audits and research.
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing training and development.
