An exceptional opportunity has arisen for Band 7 and Band 8 Clinical Pharmacists to join our esteemed client's team in London. This role is ideal for experienced and highly skilled professionals looking to make a significant impact in clinical pharmacy services. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care to our clients' patients, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes and patient safety.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering advanced clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management, patient counselling, and drug utilisation reviews.
- Ensuring the safety and efficacy of prescribed medications.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Conducting clinical audits and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Participation in research and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experiences:
- Master's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
- GPHC registration.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical pharmacy (Band 7).
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in clinical pharmacy (Band 8).
- Advanced clinical skills and knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to patient care and safety.
- Experience in conducting clinical audits and research.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing training and development.
