Job Overview
Pulse is currently seeking a highly experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join the team at Epsom & St Helier. This is a full-time locum opportunity for a pharmacist with a strong background in clinical pharmacy. The successful candidate will be expected to work flexibly across the week and may be required to provide cover during the Christmas period (excluding Bank Holidays). Please confirm any planned leave for the remainder of the year when applying.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert clinical pharmacy services to patients.
- Review and verify prescriptions and treatment plans.
- Support safe prescribing of medication.
- Collaborate with consultants, nurses, and pharmacy colleagues.
- Contribute to clinical governance, audits, and service improvement.
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in line with service standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Have extensive experience in clinical pharmacy.
- Be confident working within a multidisciplinary team.
- Be proactive, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
