Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care to patients across a variety of settings.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and respiratory conditions.
- Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation plans.
- Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide advice and guidance to patients and their families, while promoting independence and recovery.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to service development.
- Participate in audit and clinical governance processes to ensure the delivery of best practices and continued professional development.
Qualifications and Experience
- HCPC registered Physiotherapist.
- Experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, and/or respiratory settings.
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Experience mentoring junior staff (desirable).
