Key Responsibilities
- Manage a defined caseload of paediatric clients, providing high-quality physiotherapy services in both hospital and community settings.
- Advanced assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of children with diverse and complex conditions.
- Develop individualised treatment plans, deliver therapeutic interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
- Provide leadership and supervision to junior staff and physiotherapy students, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based care.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
- Registered with the HCPC.
- Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in paediatric physiotherapy is desirable.
- Proven experience in managing a varied caseload of paediatric clients.
- Advanced skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of paediatric conditions.
- Experience in developing and implementing individualised treatment plans.
- Ability to supervise and mentor junior staff and students.
