Pulse is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Band 6 Paediatric Dietitian to join the team with our client in South London. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive clinical setting, managing a diverse and rewarding paediatric caseload. You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality dietetic care to children and families, working with a varied caseload including neonates, premature babies, and patients with complex nutritional needs. This role offers the opportunity to expand your expertise across multiple specialist areas while working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied paediatric caseload including neonates and premature infants.
- Provide nutritional support for Home Enteral Feeding (HEF) patients, including babies and children.
- Support patients with coeliac disease and faltering growth.
- Deliver high‑quality clinical assessments and tailored nutritional interventions.
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Have experience working as a paediatric dietitian at Band 6 level or equivalent.
- Demonstrate strong clinical knowledge across paediatric and neonatal nutrition.
- Experience with Home Enteral Feeding is essential.
- Familiarity with Cerner or EMIS systems would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
