We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 6 Neurophysiologist to join our clients team in London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality neurophysiological services. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting patient care through accurate and detailed neurophysiological assessments.
Responsibilities:
- Performing a wide range of neurophysiological tests and procedures, including EEG, EMG, and nerve conduction studies.
- Preparing patients for procedures.
- Operating neurophysiological equipment.
- Analysing and interpreting test data.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Adhering to quality control protocols.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborating with neurologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive neurophysiological care.
Qualifications and Experiences:
- HCPC registration as a Clinical Scientist or equivalent.
- BSc in Clinical Physiology or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in neurophysiology, including advanced techniques.
- Proficiency in using neurophysiological equipment and software.
- Strong understanding of neuroanatomy, physiology, and pathology.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
