Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care to ensure individual needs are met.
  • Administer medications, treatments and therapies in line with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Monitor patients’ conditions, perform clinical observations and respond to any changes appropriately.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families and the wider healthcare team to ensure coordinated, compassionate care.

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • NMC Registration (6 months minimum).
