The Clinical Physiology team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Respiratory Physiologist to join our team in Middlesbrough. This is a full-time position starting ASAP, with a competitive hourly rate of Β£30 - Β£35 per hour. The role is initially for a duration of 3-6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and departmental needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- You will conduct comprehensive respiratory and sleep studies.
- You will analyze and interpret test results.
- You will provide accurate and timely reports.
- You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.
- You will educate patients and their families about respiratory and sleep disorders.
Qualifications and Experience
- Clinical PFT/LFT experience.
- Relevant qualifications and registration as a Respiratory Physiologist.
- Band 6 or 7 with reporting experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within the NHS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Proven experience as a Respiratory Physiologist.
