About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Band 6/7 Locum CT Radiographer to join our team in West Sussex. This temporary three-month role offers a great opportunity to work in a busy and supportive environment, providing high-quality CT imaging services to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment. The successful candidate will be experienced in CT scanning and dedicated to delivering excellent patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting a variety of CT scans, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Operating advanced CT imaging equipment, adhering to imaging protocols, and producing high-quality diagnostic images.
- Preparing patients for procedures, explaining the process, and providing support throughout.
- Working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure efficient service delivery and optimal patient outcomes.
What we are looking for in a Radiographer:
- HCPC registration as a Radiographer.
- Extensive experience in CT radiography.
- Strong knowledge of CT imaging techniques, protocols, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to patient care and continuous professional development.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing workloads.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
