Pulse Nursing is seeking compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Nurses to join our team in Lancashire. As a RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) you will provide high-quality, person-centered care to individuals, promoting their recovery and supporting their mental health needs. You will work in a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and deliver care in a variety of settings, helping patients to manage their conditions and live more fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of mental health patients
- Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and their families
- Administer medications, monitor symptoms, and provide therapeutic interventions
- Support patients with managing their mental health, preventing relapse, and promoting recovery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, social workers, and healthcare professionals
- Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to patients in times of need
