Our client is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Band 5 General Radiographer to join their imaging department in Wrexham. This short-term opportunity is ideal for a radiographer who is confident in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services and is committed to patient-centred care. The successful candidate will be working within a supportive team, contributing to the efficient delivery of radiographic services for the client’s patients.
Responsibilities:
- Performing a wide range of routine diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring high standards of image quality and patient safety.
- Operating imaging equipment and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Working collaboratively with radiologists and other healthcare professionals.
- Adhering to departmental protocols and radiation safety regulations while maintaining a compassionate and professional approach to patient care.
Qualifications and Experiences:
- HCPC registered Radiographer.
- Experience working at Band 5 level or equivalent.
- Proficient in general radiographic techniques and equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of current radiographic practices and safety standards.
- Experience in NHS or similar healthcare settings is preferred.
