This ongoing locum role is ideal for professionals looking to develop or expand their experience in a high-performing diagnostic environment. The successful candidates will contribute to the delivery of accurate and timely haematological testing to support patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Processing and analysing a wide range of haematology samples, including full blood counts, coagulation studies, and blood film morphology.
- Operating automated analysers and performing manual techniques.
- Maintaining quality control and ensuring compliance with laboratory protocols.
- Working closely with clinical and laboratory teams to ensure efficient service delivery and accurate reporting.
Qualifications and Experiences:
- HCPC registration as a Biomedical Scientist.
- BSc (Hons) Biomedical Science or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in diagnostic haematology.
