We are seeking a skilled and flexible Band 5/6 Locum Podiatrist to join our team in Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire. This role involves covering areas such as Beverley, Hessle, Bridlington, and Bransholme. The ideal candidate will be a car driver with their own vehicle, experienced in using System One and holding a smartcard. This position requires immediate availability for a duration of 3 months.
Responsibilities
- Conducting MSK clinics, including assessments and home visits
- Wound care
- Musculoskeletal clinics
- Routine and new patient clinics
- Community working, conducting new patient assessments
- Providing care for high-risk patients with ulcers and other vascular issues
Qualifications and Experiences
- Must be a car driver with own car
- Experience with System One and smartcard
- Ability to conduct MSK clinics and home visits
- Proficiency in wound care and musculoskeletal clinics
- Experience in routine and new patient clinics
- Comfortable with community working and new patient assessments
- Experience in vascular assessments
- Ability to manage high-risk patients with ulcers and routine podiatry
