Barts Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated and experienced Locum Rehab Support Worker to join our team in Leytonstone on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will provide essential support to the rehabilitation team, assisting in the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role is integral to the recovery and well-being of patients, requiring a proactive and compassionate approach to support both patients and staff. The position offers an immediate start and is contracted for 3 months, with the potential for extension based on performance and departmental needs. This will be a 3 month contract with a rate of £13.00 – £17.00 per hour.
What will you be doing in this Physiotherapy role? The Locum Rehab Support Worker will work closely with the rehabilitation team to implement and monitor patient care plans. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily living activities
- Supporting patients in their rehabilitation exercises
- Maintaining accurate records of patient progress
The role involves working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective and holistic patient care. Requirements:
