About the role:
The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and skilled Band 5 Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Aylesbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the pharmacy team in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients. This role requires a professional who is GPhC registered and either ACPT accredited or willing to work towards this qualification. Experience in a hospital or community pharmacy setting is essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will dispense medications and ensure their accurate and timely supply to patients.
- You will assist in the preparation of prescriptions and provide advice on medication usage.
- You will support the pharmacy team in maintaining stock levels and managing inventory.
- You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent.
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a pharmacy technician.
- Experience working within Hospital/Community Pharmacy.
- ACPT Accredited or willing to work towards qualification.
