We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Adult Speech and Language Therapist with specialist skills in dysphagia and voice to join a London-based service on a part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to work across both inpatient and outpatient settings, managing a varied adult caseload. This position is ideal for a confident Band 6 or Band 7 clinician who is competent in the assessment and management of dysphagia and voice disorders, and who is looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity within a supportive clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and manage adult patients presenting with dysphagia and voice disorders.
- Manage a mixed inpatient and outpatient caseload.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in line with professional standards.
- Participate in service development, audits, and clinical governance as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- A recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent).
- HCPC registration and eligibility for membership of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT).
- Proven experience and clinical competence in adult dysphagia and voice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage a part-time caseload effectively.
