Liquid Personnel are currently looking for experienced Social Workers and Senior Social Workers to join our client's Frontline Family Help team in South London. Our clients' values inspire their Outstanding Practice Framework, which creates the context for the social workers to build relationships with families that bring about change to support children to live at home wherever possible. Coupled with their implementation of Family Safeguarding, they have the best practice conditions they've ever had to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and families.

About the role:
The Family Help model aims to support children and their families through consistent relationships and skilled interventions, rooted in systemic practice. You will work with families to co‑produce child and family assessments, and build family‑led plans under Child in Need and Child Protection frameworks, as well as in care proceedings. The social workers practice alongside co‑located Children’s Practitioners, Adult Mental Health Practitioners, Substance Misuse and Domestic Abuse Practitioners. They have in‑house family therapy and Social Care CAMHS teams, as well as a range of opportunities for progression into management or practice specialist social work roles.
Essential requirements of this Social Work role:
- You will hold a degree in Social Work
- Be registered with Social Work England
- Have completed your ASYE
- Social Work qualified, with valid Social Work England registration
