This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing product organisation while driving commercial growth, operational excellence and customer value at scale.

The Opportunity:

  • You'll own the product strategy across several key business areas, leading teams responsible for consumer products, marketplace capabilities, pricing, operational platforms and data products.
  • This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution. We're looking for someone who can define long-term direction while helping teams make fast, high-quality decisions that deliver measurable outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Define and communicate a clear product strategy aligned to business objectives.
  • Lead the growth agenda across digital consumer products, identifying opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion and customer retention.
  • Partner closely with Engineering to improve delivery velocity and product quality.
  • Champion the use of AI throughout the product development lifecycle, embedding modern tooling and best practices across the team.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Product Managers, creating a high-performance culture built on accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Translate business strategy into clear product roadmaps that balance short-term impact with long-term value creation.
  • Drive smart prioritisation, simplifying complexity and making effective build vs. buy decisions.
  • Collaborate with commercial, operations, engineering and data teams to ensure products deliver meaningful business outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in senior product leadership roles (Head of Product, Product Director or VP Product).
  • Strong background building and scaling consumer-facing digital products, ideally within eCommerce, marketplaces or other high-growth digital businesses - B2C heavy.
  • Experience operating internationally, with exposure to the US market highly desirable.
  • A strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to solve complex product challenges.
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing product teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and commercial functions.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a data-led approach to decision making.
  • Practical experience using AI tools to enhance product management and delivery.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to align teams around a shared vision.

Why Join?

  • A genuine opportunity to shape the future direction of a growing, product-led organisation.
  • Direct partnership with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and significant influence over business strategy.
  • High levels of autonomy, ownership and accountability.
  • A collaborative environment where Product, Engineering and Commercial teams work closely together.
  • Hybrid working with occasional travel to UK and international locations.
