What You'll Be Doing- Define and execute the digital product and transformation strategy
- Own the roadmap across customer-facing digital platforms and experiences
- Drive digital commerce growth, conversion optimisation and customer engagement
- Lead major transformation initiatives across Product, Technology and Operations
- Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities that improve customer experience and business efficiency
- Use data, experimentation and customer insights to inform decision making
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align product strategy with commercial objectives
- Build, mentor and lead a high-performing cross-functional product team
- Drive measurable outcomes across growth, efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Proven experience leading Product, Digital or Transformation functions
- Strong track record delivering large-scale digital change programmes
- Experience operating within PE-backed, scale-up or high-growth businesses
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on business outcomes and value creation
- Deep understanding of customer journeys, CRO, experimentation and digital optimisation
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Passionate about AI, innovation and emerging technologies
- Comfortable operating strategically whilst remaining close enough to execution to drive delivery
- Experience within EdTech or Education
- Strong Ecommerce, Digital Commerce or Marketplace experience
- Experience scaling digital products within high-growth environments
- Exposure to international and multi-brand businesses
- Experience embedding AI, automation or personalisation capabilities into customer experiences
- Previous experience working in Private Equity-backed organisations
