We're partnering with a leading global retailer looking to hire a Digital Analyst to help drive the continued optimisation of its digital customer experience.
Working within cross-functional product squads, you'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, UX, CRM and Digital teams, using data to understand customer behaviour, influence product roadmaps and identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion and retention.
What you'll be doing:
- Partner with Product, Engineering and UX to define KPIs, measurement frameworks and analytics requirements
- Analyse customer behaviour across funnels, journeys, segmentation, cohorts, retention and feature adoption
- Design and analyse A/B tests and experimentation initiatives
- Measure personalisation and targeted customer experiences
- Use SQL to interrogate large datasets and turn findings into actionable recommendations
- Build dashboards and reporting around product and customer performance
- Ensure high-quality tracking and data across GA4 and digital environments
- Present insights to stakeholders and influence product and commercial decisions
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years' experience across Digital, Product, Web or App Analytics
- Strong SQL skills, ideally within BigQuery
- Strong experience with GA4
- Experience working within cross-functional digital product squads
- Strong understanding of customer behaviour and product analytics
- Experience with experimentation and A/B testing
- Experience within eCommerce or a large-scale digital environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Firebase Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Contentsquare, Amplitude, Mixpanel, MMPs or personalisation/experimentation platforms would be highly desirable.
