Pulse are partnered with one of the UK's leading organisations to help support them on their search for a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a large-scale Data Platform that sits at the heart of a complex technology and cybersecurity ecosystem. This is an opportunity to shape the future of a platform that leverages data engineering, machine learning, and generative AI to enable advanced cybersecurity capabilities at scale. You'll work closely with engineering, cybersecurity, data, and technology leaders to build products that process high-volume data, drive actionable insights, and improve security outcomes across the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for the Data Platform.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Technology, Cybersecurity, and Data teams to align platform capabilities with business and security priorities.
  • Lead product discovery activities, understanding user needs, pain points, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Define and manage product outcomes, KPIs, and OKRs, ensuring measurable value delivery.
  • Translate complex user and stakeholder requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritised backlogs.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to plan, prioritise, and deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Drive adoption and continuous improvement of platform capabilities through data-driven decision making.
  • Champion customer and stakeholder needs while balancing technical constraints and strategic goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in Product Management, including defining strategy, owning roadmaps, and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with large-scale technology platforms, data products, or cloud-based systems.
  • Understanding of platform health metrics such as uptime, response times, SLAs, and SLOs.
  • Knowledge of data engineering, analytics platforms, and modern data technologies.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
  • Experience working with AI, machine learning, or data-driven products is highly desirable.
  • Start Up / Scale Up Experience highly desirable.
