Define and execute the digital product and transformation strategy ✅ Own the roadmap across customer-facing digital platforms and experiences ✅ Drive digital commerce growth, conversion optimisation and customer engagement ✅ Lead major transformation initiatives across Product, Technology and Operations ✅ Use data, experimentation and customer insights to inform decision making ✅ Partner with senior stakeholders to align product strategy with commercial objectives ✅ Proven experience leading Product, Digital or Transformation functions ✔️ Strong track record delivering large-scale digital change programmes ✔️ Deep understanding of customer journeys, CRO, experimentation and digital optimisation ✔️ Strong Ecommerce, Digital Commerce or Marketplace experience Experience scaling digital products within high-growth environments Exposure to international and multi-brand businesses Previous experience working in Private Equity-backed organisations Lead a business-critical transformation programme Shape the future AI and digital strategy Significant ownership and executive-level visibility Work at the intersection of Product, Commercial Strategy and Digital Transformation
