Due to our continued success and expansion, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in the West London region. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a market leader in the fitness industry, servicing and repairing cutting‑edge fitness equipment in a dynamic and rewarding role. At Pulse Fitness, we have delivered customised fitness solutions to over 30,000 leisure facilities across 30 countries. Our extensive range includes over 450 award‑winning pieces of equipment, covering innovative cardiovascular machines, stylish strength training equipment, free weights, high‑performance group cycles, and advanced gym management software. We support a diverse range of clients, including leisure centres, private clubs, hotels, universities, rehabilitation centres, professional sports teams, and more. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Diagnosing and repairing faulty fitness equipment, ensuring minimal downtime for customers (48/72‑hour turnaround depending on call type).
  • Carrying out routine maintenance and servicing of fitness equipment as part of scheduled maintenance contracts.
  • Commissioning new equipment on‑site, ensuring installations meet customer expectations.
  • Accurately completing documentation, both electronically and manually, to record service activities.
  • Maintaining your company vehicle, ensuring it remains clean, roadworthy, and fully stocked with essential spare parts.
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations and ensuring legal requirements are met when working at customer sites.
  • Providing technical support and training to new service team members and assisting colleagues and customers as needed.
  • Being flexible and taking on additional duties that contribute to the success of the team.
  • Travelling within the region and occasionally working away from home based on business needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in component fault finding and diagnosis.
  • A solid technical background (electrical or mechanical engineering experience preferred).
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to repairs and servicing.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A full and clean UK driving licence.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Willingness to travel and work away from home when required.
