Pulse Bodyworks Ltd is a busy, insurance-approved vehicle accident repair centre committed to delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality vehicle repairs.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to join our friendly and professional team.

The Role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our front office.

You'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting the workshop and management team with a variety of administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers and visitors professionally.
  • Answering and directing incoming telephone calls.
  • Managing emails and responding promptly to customer enquiries.
  • Booking vehicles in for repair and arranging appointments.
  • Updating customers on the progress of their repairs.
  • Liaising with insurance companies, engineers and suppliers.
  • Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records.
  • Managing customer files and repair documentation.
  • Ordering office supplies when required.
  • Assisting with general office administration.
  • Supporting the workshop manager and estimators with administrative tasks.
  • Ensuring reception and office areas remain organised and presentable.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an administration or receptionist role.
  • Previous experience within the automotive, accident repair or motor trade industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload.
  • Professional appearance and telephone manner.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
