We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Strategist who translates cultural signals and platform dynamics into strategies that drive measurable business impact. You combine social expertise with AI‑assisted insights to shape campaigns that resonate across creator ecosystems and social platforms.
Your tasks:
- Lead the development of social‑first strategies across organic content, creator partnerships, and paid amplification to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Translate cultural signals, platform dynamics, and audience behaviour into clear strategic frameworks for integrated campaigns.
- Use AI tools and social listening platforms (Pulsar, GWI, Primetag) to identify cultural moments, audience insights, and growth opportunities.
- Define measurement frameworks and success metrics, continuously optimizing strategies through performance insights.
- Present strategic recommendations and campaign reviews to clients while guiding internal teams and mentoring junior strategists.
Your Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in social media strategy within a digital or social‑first agency environment.
- Deep expertise in platform ecosystems (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch) and creator dynamics.
- Strong experience with social listening and insight tools (Pulsar, GWI or similar) to translate cultural and audience insights into strategies.
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills and experience leading client discussions.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (French, Italian, Spanish) are a plus.
