Overview

You thrive on building strong client relationships and translating business goals into impactful social media strategies. You are equally comfortable in a pitch room and a campaign debrief, and you know your way around creator marketing, platform trends, and performance data.

Responsibilities

  • You own your client relationships end-to-end: from brief intake and strategic alignment to influencer marketing campaign delivery and performance reporting.
  • You translate client business and marketing briefs into data-driven social media strategies, ensuring KPIs, platform selection and creator fit are aligned from day one.
  • You develop and present pitches for new business, upsell opportunities, and influencer activations, positioning Pulse's social-first capabilities with confidence and commercial instinct.
  • You oversee influencer campaign execution in close collaboration with internal strategy, talent, and content production teams, keeping timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication on track.
  • You analyze and present campaign performance data across key social media metrics, drawing clear conclusions and actionable recommendations for your clients.

Requirements

  • You have 4-6 years of experience in client services or account management at a social media, influencer marketing, or digital agency.
  • You are obsessed with social. You know what is trending, what big brands are up to and which creators are hot right now.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, in writing and in person, and can manage multiple client demands without losing composure.
  • You are commercially minded and able to identify and develop opportunities within existing accounts.
  • You are solution-oriented, structured, and a reliable partner for both clients and colleagues.
  • You are open to feedback, collaborative by nature, and motivated by delivering work that makes a measurable difference.
