Tasks
- You own your client relationships end-to-end: from brief intake and strategic alignment to campaign delivery and reporting.
- You translate client business and marketing briefs into clear social media strategies, ensuring KPIs, platform selection, and creator fit are aligned from day one.
- You develop and present pitches for new projects and upsell opportunities, positioning Pulse's capabilities with confidence and commercial instinct.
- You oversee campaign execution in close collaboration with internal strategy, creator, and production teams, keeping timelines, budgets, and communication on track.
- You analyze and present campaign performance data, drawing clear conclusions and actionable recommendations for your clients.
Skills
- You have 4-6 years of experience in client services or account management at a social media, influencer marketing, or digital agency.
- You are obsessed with social. You know what is trending, what big brands are up to and which creators are hot right now.
- You communicate clearly and confidently, in writing and in person, and can manage multiple client demands without losing composure.
- You are commercially minded and able to identify and develop opportunities within existing accounts.
- You are solution-oriented, structured, and a reliable partner for both clients and colleagues.
- You are open to feedback, collaborative by nature, and motivated by delivering work that makes a measurable difference.
