Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns.
You live and breathe creator marketing. You understand how it really works today, and you're hungry to shape where it goes next. As a Manager in Influencer Marketing at Pulse, you'll have every opportunity to succeed, both operationally and as a team leader. You'll independently run our campaigns from concept to execution to reporting: turning a client brief into an original creative idea, casting the right creators to bring it to life, and proving the impact with data. We love what we do and are constantly evolving. Do you have the right drive? Then start a new chapter of your career with us.
Your tasks:
- You independently manage medium-scale, medium-complexity creator campaigns end to end, translating client briefs into original creative concepts and bringing them to life.
- You develop the creative idea and cast the right creators for it, matching talent to each campaign's brief, brand and audience based on content style, community and cultural fit, not just reach.
- You stay ahead of how creator marketing actually works today, from platforms and formats to the creator economy and cultural trends, and turn that fluency into ideas clients haven't seen before.
- You collaborate with Strategy and other internal services while communicating with clients and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
- You identify procedural and functional challenges, develop solutions and improve productivity, efficiency and alignment across teams.
- You analyze performance, prepare internal and external reports and contribute to strategic decision making.
- You consistently bring creative and innovative approaches that drive Pulse's business forward.
Your skills:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in the social media field including a minimum of 2 years in influencer marketing.
- You have a deep, current understanding of how creator marketing works today, including the platforms, formats and cultural shifts driving it, plus sharp instincts for which creators fit which brief.
- You have a proven creative muscle: you come up with original campaign concepts and know how to pair them with the right creators to make them land.
- You are data-driven and confident with budget responsibility. CPM, ROI and KPIs are second nature to you, and numbers are something you genuinely enjoy working with.
- You have a solid understanding of AI, its opportunities and its challenges, and actively think about how it's shaping the industry.
- You love both project management and emotional storytelling.
- You are a true team player with a strong hands-on mentality, approach new challenges with a positive attitude and know how to motivate your team.
