About the role
The ideal candidate will operate with full autonomy, supported by the entire business, taking full ownership of the region. Responsibilities include managing and scaling an existing portfolio of distribution‑centric partners, cementing customer relationships, driving repeat business, exploring new sales opportunities, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
In collaboration with strategic distribution partners, the successful candidate will provide solutions to challenges via soft‑sales techniques and consultancy‑based selling, focusing on long‑term success.
Key Responsibilities
- B2B Account Management
- Manage a defined portfolio of B2B customer accounts
- Develop and maintain strong and long‑term partnerships
- Act as the primary point of contact for enquiries and sales‑related opportunities
- Identify and deliver growth opportunities within existing accounts
- New Business
- Onboard new and strategic customers following thorough vetting processes on a quality over quantity basis
- End User
- Drive and deliver strategic end‑customer opportunities in collaboration with distribution partners using push‑pull sales techniques
- Revenue Performance
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Identify upsell and cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Generate and normalise repeat business via strategic planning and data analysis
- Maintain a pipeline and contact plan to ensure existing B2B customers are properly serviced
- Product & Service Presentations
- Present seasonal newness to the market focusing on F&B and conformity of products
- Deliver service‑based presentations to the market demonstrating the value add of our business
