Key Responsibilities
- The Solutions Consultant supports Enterprise clients by creating and delivering engaging platform demonstrations and proposals.
- The role involves developing solutions to address client business objectives using social data and demonstrating the insights and data sets Pulsar can provide.
- You will work with global enterprise organisations across multiple sectors, ensuring solutions and proposals encourage repeatable and renewable revenue for the client.
Role Specifications
- Provide Solutions Consultancy to support the creation of proposals for Enterprise Business Development leads, typically in PowerPoint/Google Slides decks.
- Evaluate key commercial needs of clients and develop solutions using the Pulsar Platform.
- Ensure data presented is relevant to the client’s requirements.
- Demonstrate to clients via presentations, data sets, and reports how we can meet their specific objectives.
- Build example reports, dashboards and content to support pitch decks.
- Explore how to create insights and proposals that encourage clients to purchase repeatable, renewable packages.
- Work with Commercial and Account Management teams to deliver a tailored, life‑like pre‑sale platform experience.
- Support RFP and tender processes, including building custom demo sites to support pitches.
- Translate customer brief into complex Boolean queries for demo site set‑up.
- Provide accurate data‑allowance estimates to inform pricing.
- Join live sales calls and in‑person meetings as needed.
- Improve sales conversation likelihood, order value and long‑term account health by enhancing solution quality.
- Present complex concepts clearly and simply to clients, ensuring high‑quality materials.
- Turn post‑win knowledge into action plans for internal teams to onboard clients.
- Maintain and deliver agentic workflows.
- Log activity in CRM related to sales processes and customer engagement.
- Use LLMs to create bespoke agentic workflows that drive efficiency in insight generation and report building.
- Leverage latest technologies for new insight generation methods from existing datasets.
- Stay at the forefront of product knowledge and adopt new functionality early.
- Leverage Pulsar’s API to advise clients on integrating data into other environments (e.g., data warehouse, proprietary agents).

- Assist in securing new business deals that generate revenue.
- Ensure enterprise accounts renew and grow.

Experience & Personal Attributes
- 2:1 Degree or above.
- Confident user of technology and software tools.

- High analytical skill in interpreting evidence/data to build an insight narrative.
