Responsibilities include:
- Building and testing all types of Pulsar transducers.
- Assembling and testing a wide range of Pulsar controller units.
- Soldering leaded and surface-mount components to circuit boards.
- Installing firmware and software updates.
- Recording all test and inspection results in accordance with the document procedure/ERP system.
- Preparing cables prior to being encapsulated into transducers.
- Encapsulating a range of products with two-part epoxy potting compound.
- Inspecting products in the production area and occasionally in the warehouse.
- Using workshop machines such as pillar drill and power saw in a safe way and within the specified guidelines.
- Assisting with all aspects of production as necessary.
