Role Overview

This is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover role working across our Vuelio brand, covering our current Insights Manager while she's on leave.

The Insights Manager is the frontline lead for our Insights team: managing three Insights Executives day to day, while also directly owning a portfolio of our own high-profile client relationships.

Client delivery is a central part of the role.

You'll be responsible for the quality and consistency of our media analysis reporting, the smooth onboarding of new clients, and supporting the growth of existing accounts - working closely with the commercial team to spot and act on opportunities for renewal, upsell and retention.

You'll manage the workflow of the three Insights Executives reporting to you, coordinating with production teams to ensure reports are delivered on time and to a high standard, and providing the guidance, training and quality control that keeps the team performing well.

We're developing new tools that will change how the team works day to day.

Ownership of that transformation sits with the Insights Operations Director, but you'll play a part in making sure your team adopts the new ways of working smoothly.

You will report to our Insights Operations Director, who leads the wider Insights function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Confident presenting analysis and recommendations to clients, including senior communications stakeholders.
  • Support commercial growth activity and opportunities, working closely with the commercial team on renewal, upsell and retention.
  • Bring a commercial mindset to the team's day-to-day activity — staying alert to opportunities and risks around growth, retention and efficiency, and flagging these to the Insights Operations Director
  • Onboarding & Standards
  • Ensure all new clients are properly onboarded and that reports continue to meet best-practice media measurement and evaluation standards.
  • Transformation Support
  • Support the team's adoption of new tools impacting day-to-day workflow, feeding back issues and ideas to the Insights Operations Director, who owns the wider transformation.
