We are looking for a creative and commercially-minded Marketing Executive to drive Pulsar’s content marketing programme and build our presence across enterprise markets. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will work closely with practice leads, delivery teams, and external creative partners to produce content that establishes thought leadership and generates qualified leads.
As a skilled content marketer with strong writing ability, campaign management experience, and the confidence to collaborate with senior consultants, you will play a central role in Pulsar’s growth.

Role responsibilities
- Plan and execute quarterly integrated campaigns built around high-value gated assets such as playbooks, guides, and interactive content.
- Write and edit blog posts, email nurture sequences, infographics, and sales enablement materials.
- Create culture content including vlogs, day-in-the-life features, and monthly team announcements to support hiring initiatives.
- Coordinate webinar and workshop promotion tied to campaign themes.
- Coordinate and run onsite events in partnership with and independent to ServiceNow.
- Manage Pulsar’s LinkedIn presence, including company page content and support for personal profile posts.
- Maintain and update the website’s educational and thought leadership assets.
- Build and optimise email campaigns and nurture sequences in HubSpot.
- Oversee content distribution across all relevant platforms.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with practice leads and delivery teams to extract subject matter expertise and ensure technical accuracy.
- Brief and manage external creative support for video production and design.
- Align with leadership on priorities when competing demands arise, ensuring delivery remains focused and achievable.
Performance & Optimisation
- Track and report on key metrics including LinkedIn follower growth, job enquiries, hero asset downloads, SQLs, and email open and click-through rates.
- Review content performance quarterly and use insights to refine themes, formats, and distribution approaches.
- Maintain visibility of campaign progress and flag risks to delivery timelines.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERTISE
- Proven experience in B2B content marketing, ideally within technology, consultancy, or professional services environments.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging content.
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from planning through to execution and reporting.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Comfortable working with video content, including briefing, coordinating production, and light editing.
- Confident collaborating with senior stakeholders who may not have a marketing background.
- Highly organised, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, growth-oriented consultancy environment.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, enterprise technology, or digital transformation is desirable but not essential.
