We are looking for a multi-skilled Engineer to take ownership of maintaining and operating all electrical and mechanical systems across Pulsant's various data centre sites in the South - predominantly in Reading East and Maidenhead, but with flexibility required to cover other Pulsant data centres in the South region when required.
In this varied role, you will provide first-fix support on M&E and minor fabric repairs, oversee and coordinate contractors, and ensure all Health & Safety requirements are met to the highest standard. You will deliver small project works both independently and as part of a team, while also offering technical guidance and supervision on larger tasks. With the ability to contribute to reports and audits for the management team, you will play a key part in keeping our operation running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Key responsibilities:- Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, with experience working within a critical, industrial or commercial environment.
- Completed electrical apprenticeship or similar - ideally with 18th edition wiring regulations.
- Basic IT skills, Word and Excel.
- Experience in some of the following would be very beneficial - L.V. switching, HVAC Systems, UPS Circuitry, Generators, BMS Systems, Fire Preventative Systems.
