The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Pulsant as Head of Growth Marketing, reporting to the CMO. You will bring strong industry knowledge and creative flare to shape and influence impactful solutions and strategy to the organisation, making a material difference to the success of our Sales team. Your primary purpose is to develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies focused on increasing client acquisition, client base expansion, contribution to revenue, EBITDA and market share performance. You will lead a small dynamic marketing team, collaborating cross-functionally and utilising external networks to gather insight and drive data-driven campaigns across various channels, increasing demand and demonstrating the ROI.
What You’ll Do:
- Growth Strategy: Develop and implement cross-functional growth marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives. Oversee performance marketing campaigns (ABM, SEO/SEM, paid ads, content, social media) to drive acquisition and expansion. Define and maintain a compelling brand strategy and creative direction. Enhance brand preference and market positioning. Strengthen collaboration between marketing, business units, and leadership.
- Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Leverage market research and industry trends to identify growth opportunities. Develop and execute GTM strategies in partnership with Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance. Drive product positioning, launch plans, and market entry strategies. Manage the product lifecycle marketing roadmap.
- Marketing Performance & Analytics: Establish data-driven performance metrics, media optimization, and reporting. Implement A/B testing and incremental improvements to optimize channels. Communicate marketing insights and successes across the business. Oversee resource planning and budget management.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing, growth marketing team. Champion client-centric marketing approaches across the organization. Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or qualified by substantial experience within the field.
- Substantial experience in the marketing profession, within the technology sector, with proven experience leading successful demand impacting campaigns.
- Demonstrable Marketing Leadership and people management experience.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Strong influencing and relationship building skills.
