Key responsibilities
- Development and implementation of cross‑functional growth campaigns, driving business growth and revenue in collaboration with executives, senior leaders, and product teams.
- Creation of performance marketing campaigns driving net new client acquisition and client expansion across multiple channels including social, paid and owned media as well as in‑person events.
- Lead the development of a content strategy that crafts a unique position for the business and is compelling within the sector; contribute to improving and evolving the core creative strategy that supports the brand.
- Identify relevant emerging content trends, create competitive analysis and ensure campaign targeting is aligned through collaboration with product and sales teams.
- Contribute to GTM strategy in conjunction with Sales, Product, Operations and Finance team members.
- Lead brand positioning within content channels to ensure prospect and client engagement and conversion optimisation throughout the campaign lifetime.
- Define a content plan aligned to marketing strategy in collaboration with Product and Sales teams.
- Track key performance metrics based on marketing data analytics to drive continuous campaign optimisation and improve multi‑channel performance.
- Implement A/B and incremental testing to optimise new channels and grow existing ones.
- Compile reporting to demonstrate ROI and assist in data‑driven decision making.
- Ensure management of financial and agency partner resources is fully optimised and appropriately reported.
What / who we’re looking for
- B2B Tech marketing experience, either client‑side or agency‑side.
- Proven experience leading and managing successful multi‑channel demand‑impacting campaigns, both paid and organic (including social).
- ROI‑focused, with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Strong communication, influencing and relationship‑building skills.
- Organised and planful, with good project‑management skills.
