With 12 strategically located data centres and a dedicated team of over 330 professionals, we support 1000+ clients services across the UK with cloud, connectivity, and compute services. The Role: The FP&A Business Partner is a newly created role based in Maidenhead, reporting to the Head of FP&A. The primary purpose of the role is to drive internal financial reporting and analysis and partner with senior stakeholders to provide oversight over financial performance and drive financial forecasting/budgeting processes. This person will deliver timely financial insight and partnering to drive financial outcomes and will work with the Finance team to provide narrative and context as part of the monthly reporting cycles. What You’ll Do: * Own the financial budget/forecasting model * Own the budget/forecast collaboration cycle with the business including involvement with template issuance, providing guidance and collating/reviewing inputs from the business and owning the financial model. * Prepare and submit monthly reporting packs for key C-level stakeholders, engaging with Exec and senior leadership teams in the wider business to support initiatives and drive activity to maximise profitability * Drive the monthly performance management of cost saving initiatives within the business * Provide ad-hoc strategic financial modelling and analysis to support decision-making. * Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
