Pulman are looking for an enthusiastic Purchase Ledger Clerk to work from our Volkswagen dealership in Durham.
The Role
- Review, code and process incoming purchase invoices for approval
- Reconcile supplier accounts on a monthly basis
- Prepare monthly supplier BACS payment runs
- Support the business in achieving efficient and accurate financial processes
- Assist with general accounts administration as required
- Support the Accountants with month end tasks
- Manage the accounts email inbox
- Be the first point of contact on the telephone

The Person
- Previous purchase ledger or accounts experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to build positive working relationships
- Able to work effectively within a team
- Flexible and proactive approach to work
This is a full-time permanent role working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm based at Pulman Volkswagen, Durham.
