The Role
Pulman is looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join the Parts Department at our Skoda dealership in Durham. You will be focused on delivering a fantastic customer experience as well as working closely with the service department.
Responsibilities
- Working on both retail and trade counters, supplying parts to customers and technicians
- Pre-picking parts for the workshop to help maintain efficiency
- Ordering and returning parts stock
- Working with the Service department to ensure correct parts are used and ordered
- Upselling parts, tyres and accessories
- General housekeeping and stock taking
You must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work on own initiative in an organised and timely manner. This role is ideally suited to someone who can multitask and who can work in a busy and fast paced environment. Previous experience in the motor industry is essential. Flexibility is also required to work at various sites across the group when required. This is a full-time permanent role.
