Pulman Fleet is seeking an organized and motivated individual to join our growing Fleet team based at Volkswagen Durham. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting a busy sales team and building strong relationships with brokers while ensuring deals are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Broker Sales team
- Process finance and lease applications accurately and efficiently
- Confirm vehicle orders and ensure all documentation is complete
- Raise and upload finance agreements through relevant systems
- Provide regular updates to brokers regarding orders and applications
- Support the management of broker pricing and vehicle offers
- Process broker commissions accurately within agreed timelines
- Maintain accurate records across Pulman and finance provider systems
About You
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Confident working with systems and administration processes
- Customer focused with a proactive attitude
- Experience in administration, sales support or automotive/fleet environment is desirable but not essential
