The Role:
Pulman Group are recruiting enthusiastic, positive, and skilled Master Technicians to join our fantastic Pulman Aftersales team. Our clear and transparent salary structure is industry leading. The Role:
- Assuming a leading role within the workshop
- Acting as a mentor and guide to other Technicians to provide technical advice where needed
- Diagnosing complex symptoms on vehicle systems
- Undertaking major electrical and engine repair work
- Utilising the Brands diagnostic equipment to identify and repair faults
- Routine servicing and repairs
- Video Health Checks
- Completing work in a timely and efficient manner
The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, have strong organisational, customer handling and time management skills. You will be focused on delivering a fantastic customer experience. MOT testing certificate is desirable but not essential.
