This is a full-time on-site role for a Broker Sales Support position, located in Durham. The role involves providing exceptional support to brokers, assisting in sales processes, and delivering high-quality customer service. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating brokerage activities
  • Handling inquiries
  • Processing transactions
  • Ensuring smooth communication between brokers and internal teams
  • Actively fostering positive client relationships
  • Supporting the training efforts for brokerage and sales processes

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales to effectively engage with clients and ensure satisfaction
  • Experience in Brokerage and Real Estate to understand market dynamics and provide relevant support
  • Ability to support Training efforts for brokers or internal teams to improve overall operational efficiency
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with dealership operations and vehicle sales processes is an advantage
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or degrees in related fields are a plus
