About the Role

Turn data into actionable insights that help us grow. You'll work across teams to answer key business questions and build dashboards that drive decision-making.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze user behavior and product metrics
  • Build dashboards and automated reports
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation
  • Identify trends and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with teams to define KPIs

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in a data analysis role
  • Experience with BI tools (Metabase, Looker, or similar)
  • Understanding of statistical concepts
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly

Nice to Have

  • Python or R for analysis
  • Experience with event tracking (Amplitude, Mixpanel)
  • Knowledge of dbt or data modeling
  • Background in marketplace analytics
