Responsibilities

• Is service minded
• Actively contributes to guests\’ comfort
• Carries out occasional repair work as required, following specifications and handles any unexpected problems
• Prevents problems from occurring in the hotel\’s technical installations
• Implements the corrective action plans as communicated by the Technical Manager
• Follows the preventive maintenance programme
• Applies water hygiene procedures
• Run regular checks and repairs on plant rooms equipment
• Organise and support the team in order to complete different tasks
• Managing the workshop and monitoring the spare parts stock
• Daily checks on hotel’s BMS to provide best possible comfort for hotel guests
• Log calls and supervise external contractors

Team management

• May be asked to intervene in any area of the hotel
• Is in contact with all hotel departments
• Helps optimise energy consumption

Hygiene / Personal safety / Environment

• Respects Accor\’s Legionnaires\’ disease directive
• Ensures respect of the Accor environment charter
• Ensures respect of the sustainable development policy

Salary: £30,338 per annum (£14.96 per hour)
