Job Description
- Be service minded
- Actively contribute to guests' comfort
- Carry out occasional repair work as required, following specifications and handle any unexpected problems
- Prevent problems from occurring in the hotel's technical installations
- Implement the corrective action plans as communicated by the Technical Manager
- Follow the preventive maintenance programme
- Be in contact with all hotel departments
- Apply water hygiene procedures
- Run regular checks and repairs on plant rooms equipment
- Organise and support the team in order to complete different tasks
- Manage the workshop and monitor the spare parts stock
- Daily checks on hotel’s BMS to provide best possible comfort for hotel guests
- Log calls and supervise external contractors
